I admit; I'm a primary school teacher, (in the UK), I'd love my charges to run loose and free in this climate.

Provo, Utah - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

C. If June or September was the hottest month, I would give it an A.

C-.

Winters are colder than I like, lows are colder than I like and diurnal ranges too large.

The temperatures that are the monthly highs, to me by themselves, are fairly comfortable for most of the year.

33°C avg highs in July and your most perfect climate ever? Didn't you say the "heat" of the average British summer is too much for you? Owned.

Now you (the OP) are talking !

This location is better than the previous location (St George) in Utah. Very pleasant summer (not 39C) and mild winter.

Summer is good (warmer than Toronto but not super hot like 39C).

Winter is milder than Toronto but colder than Vancouver BC Canada, probably comparable to NYC. There might be snow but it will melt as the average highs (4C/2C/6C) in Dec/Jan/Feb are above 0C, and help to melt the snow, so the streetscape will look relative nice.

I will give it a C+

C+. There's one glaring omission in the climate chart - average annual snowfall. So I looked it up - 59". That's higher then where I live now, although I love the summer highs and warm nights along the Wasatch Front.

Summers too warm, too dry, and presumably sunny.

He (or she!) might be willing to put up with the heat since winters are cool and it's dry and sunny.. not many places have sunny, sunny summers but cool temperatures.
