B. The average temperatures are pretty much perfect, but I think that much rain would be really inconvenient. That's about three times as much rain as my town!

D. 6 months of winter temps and a short cool summer are the worst aspects.

The rainfall is too high, although I worked for 4 months in this regions wettest "town" ( 2 shops and a closed down cheese factory), which had a higher rainfall(4000mm/160 inches), and it wasn't that bad, still plenty of sunny days during winter. It would depend on the sun hours, which I'm guessing wouldn't be that high in Forks.

Maybe it's just me, but I find winters that are slightly colder but drier and a with greater chance of bright sunny days much more tolerable than mild but wet, rainy, gloomy and depressing winters. For example, I much prefer NYC winters (which are not dry by any stretch but still afford decent sunshine) to winters of coastal Washington despite the latter having slightly warmer temperatures.

And the summers in this place will feel more like spring.
D+.

I remember seeing this thread years ago but I don't recall seeing sunshine data in the wikipedia entry. So I guess this is the cloudiest place in the lower 48 where people actually live? I wish more places around this area had as much data so we could compare.
