I'm surprised this one hasn't been done before.

It is one of my favourite climates. Sunny and fairly dry with comfortable temperatures pretty much year-round. Nice, dry sunny summers but not too hot. Nice pleasant winters. Mild nights.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Helier#Climate

It is classed as an oceanic climate but exhibits characteristics of a Mediterranean climate such as the dry summers and mild wet winters.

It also has an average of 8 hrs sunshine per day between May-Aug and 2-3 hrs between Dec-Feb according to weather atlas.com

https://www.weather-atlas.com/en/jer...light_sunshine

Month High / Low(°C) Rain
January 9° / 5° 14 days
February 9° / 5° 11 days
March 11° / 6° 11 days
April 13° / 7° 9 days
May 16° / 10° 8 days
June 19° / 12° 6 days
July 21° / 14° 6 days
August 21° / 15° 7 days
September 19° / 13° 8 days
October 16° / 11° 12 days
November 12° / 8° 15 days
December 10° / 6° 14 days

My first and only time going there was when I was 8 years old. I went on holiday there for a week. The flight was an hour long. I remember the weather being pleasant and sunny and I don't remember any rain.

Jersey is located in the Channel Islands btw, though I'm not sure if it is part of the U.K. or France as it is actually closer to France than to England.

D+ from me. Mediterranean climates aren’t my favorite climates but they’re not the worst climates either IMHO.

It's a decent climate. Milder and drier in winter would garner more points. Sunshine is too low in winter but excellent in summer, with 270hrs in July. I award a C-.

Summer is too cool and winter is too warm, plus winter has too many rain days. It's like Reading but worse in just about every way.

C-. One of the better oceanic climates. Still too dull and cool to get a higher grade. On the plus side, this place can likely grow lots of species of palms

It's more of an oceanic climate, really.

B. I don't like dry summers, but it isn't bad for me.

Jersey and the rest of the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Sark) are part of the UK. the climate of the islands are similar to the Isle of Wight and the south Coast of the UK.

Thanks for clearing that up. I do remember though that they used a different currency when I was there - can't remember if they accepted English pounds and notes or not though.
