November - March look like ideal Spring/Summer months which is about the only good thing about this climate.

I may be wrong on this, but I'm sure I have read the humidity can get really bad here which is just insane when temps are above 40C for 5 months.

I'll give it an E- just because the winter months are ok.

I agree. Anything over 25c would be too much for me.

About what i get in FL in the summer. Mine is hell as it is so it may be hotter.

I worked in Kuwait City for about 20 months...it sucked. Extremely hot in the summer and Spring winds were horrible as were the dust storms. It was kind of nice in late Fall and Winter. I voted F due to the extreme heat and wind.

Great amount of sunshine, but summer heat is way too brutal, even though it's very dry, summer nights never cool down. Temps get nice in winter and late fall/early spring, but in the fall hot humidity happens with 19% muggy days.
