Daffodils are always the first things and they normally come in April.

Um.. I'm not talking about London. How would I know when come out there when I don't even live there?

As i've said time and time again London has a much milder climate than here, by the end of February its more or less spring type temperatures. Here we can have snow up to May. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbWvXRBbM7o
May is when it properly warms up here.

You replied to a post and a number of others about London.

This conversation was about London and some places in the UK nearly as warm. I didn't think we were talking about Northern Ireland.

Yes, I saw it. And every other post on the last few pages was about London and you argued against them. You never said you were talking about a different place.
