I think G would be the closest. I like it to be "2 steps forward, 1 step back". Heavy late-season snowstorms mixed with warm days, etc.

D describes it the best. Average highs ranging from around 22C in March to 29C in May, with frequent rains and 20C+ dewpoints returning in mid to late May.

A combination of these. March starts cool at first and sees snowfall almost every year, and even ice days are possible, but picks up after mid-month. April is much warmer and springlike, but has big changes within the month. One day can have windy 7C days and after a few days it's 27C with sunshine. Overnight frosts are possible until the last week of April, but usually don't happen after the 10th. May is also variable, but certainly more warm. 30C days can occur, but also gloomy and rainy 11C days. May has never seen a freeze, but nights are still generally cool. Late May is more like summer, with more guaranteed warmth and above 10C overnight lows.

B. Even though I love winter, by the middle of February, I'm usually entirely fed up with it and want some warmth.
