No it isn't. At 20 June it should be 20.5C if you want to hit the average of 20.0C, because the avg hi on 1 June is 17.5-18C.
The average high is 19°C in June and 21°C in July. Going by linear interpolation it should be 20°C in early July and 19°C in mid-June which I consider June 20 to be. Regardless, by 8 PM it should be halfway down to the average low of 10°C.
Right now it's 27°C so any pretensions of normalcy are out the door.
