At 7AM it's cloudy and 23C in Chicago. RH is 79%, dew point at 19C. Storms this morning, then some clearing to allow temps to reach around 30C. Maybe another round of storms late this afternoon.
Another day of extremely cold weather for summer. Cloudy of course as well with this high pressure which everyone says is meant to be giving us "warm and sunny" weather. You were wrong again. The average high here is 18°C now and it's 6 degrees below it.
Should be rainy and a high of 22C tomorrow, 26-28C on Wednesday, and the rest of the week unsettled and 20-25C with hopefully some thunderstorms.
Think that's crazy, we've had highs as low as 8°C in previous Junes. Compared to our averages, 13°C is a typical early May max temperature, not March. March we'd expect 5-10°C max temperatures. And it's certainly nothing like your March temperatures - your average March high is 2°C.
