Serres and Ioannina can have a combination of dry and humid heat. Only with north winds the humidity drops here. Also I saw that cities in Persian Gulf like Abu Dhabi, Dubai.... can have both kinds of heat in the same month.

I have, I remember going to Disneyland in March 2011, and a freak 3 day heatwave had hit Southern California, but it wasn't Santa Ana's, it was caused by a high pressure system that had moved up from Sinaloa of all places, so the deserts got even hotter. Anyways long story short, it got up to 95° in Fullerton that day (closest weather station to Anaheim) and the dewpoint had to be in the 60's, it was noticeable

New Delhi's a good one. Some middle Eastern places can get both in the same month.

Dhahran might be the best example. It's known for having the highest dew point in the world, but it also gets dry heat.

In summer it's always hot. It's typically humid heat at night but dew points drop quickly when the sun comes out and it turns to a dry heat. When the wind blows from the Persian Gulf to the east, dew points stay high all day and heat indexes can get extreme. When the wind blows the other way, dew points drop like normal and it gets a dry heat.

Look at how the dew point changes with the wind and how much it can vary over a month. This is last July. Dew point ranged from -5C to 32C (23 to 90F) and every day reached 40C.
