Copper Harbour, on the other hand, is borderline subarctic. What a miserable place!
This.

Copper Harbor for sure, Kingoma weather looks like a worst case scenario for me.

Kigoma is obviously the best, nobody can survive such arctic rubbish as in Copper Harbor. Kigoma obviously has the most comfortable temperatures, never hot, never cold.

Copper Harbor by far! Lovely winters, great summers, great position to the east of the Lake for high lake-effect snow totals. The other place is too hot year-round, and too boring, not to mention no winter/snow.

Copper Harbor has great climate. May be winters can be a bit colder than ideal, and it can be a bit snowier than ideal, but otherwise really great.

Arctic? The winters there are only moderately cold, and the summers are not short by any means.

Copper Harbor by a long shot. Moderately cold winters with warm summers and lots of snow doesn't seem that bad and cool weather dominates through most of April which is nice. Kigoma is located high enough to not be unbearably hot but still far too warm and muggy and with no winters to speak of. Though the amount of thunderstorms is nice. It's a B+ climate versus an F+ climate for me.

Some people like four seasons. I do. I want to see snow every winter. I want to see the leaves change colors in the fall. Perpetual summer is not for everyone.
