9:40 AM, about 55F, calm, overcast/foggy. Topped out yesterday at around 62F with mostly cloudy skies and a fairly strong onshore flow which kept the clouds around.
Today we should top out between 63-65F with mild winds between 3-7 MPH. NOAA is saying the fog should burn off around 11 which is within normal range (normal between 11 AM and about 2 PM).
The next several days look to be much like today and yesterday with not a ton of sunshine. Definitely in the thick of the foggy season now, which should give way to more sun and warmer temperatures by August.

24.2C / 75.6F @ Namsos airport.
High here today: 32.6C / 90.1F
Warmest in Norway at 14:00 was Ulvik-Hjeltnes (42 m, innermost Hardangerfjord) with 34.8C / 94.3F.
I have seen on a Norwegian forum that Ulvik has recorded 36C / 96.8F as high later. However, the weather station has to be checked, I believe, as it is questioned, so not sure if the all-time high of 35.6C has been beaten.
High at Trondheim-Værnes so far 30.3C / 86.6F
Saltdal (39 m, just north of the Arctic Circle) high 33.2 / 91.8F
14c and cloudy with drizzle at 20:27, after 15.2/13.3c today and 31 mm of rain. Places on the coast have had up to 112 mm of rain today, and this is one of the coldest July days for Zagreb ever.
Edit: After looking through the records a little bit, I've found out that this is the coldest July high this millennium, probably in even longer.
It seems that it is cloudy during the day and then by 5pm the sun decides to come out..
Also it looks as if most of Europe has fast forwarded 4 months to November!
