Tehachapi,California is in the Sierras between Bakersfield and Mojave,California. It receives just over 11 inches of liquid Precipitation a year and gets Snow in winter and sometimes Thunderstorms in Summer.

A- looks awesome, a bit colder summer highs and it would be perfect.

Winter looks cold, summer looks nice and warm... But just tooooooooooooooooooo dryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! No such thing as green and pleasant land there...

C. Winters are too cold and all year round has way too much diurnal range. They might get more summer thunderstorms than the L.A. metro area but it's still a drop in the bucket compared to what the East Coast gets in summer.

14 is too cold? Don't forget that's what the temp. is at like 4am, it will be several degrees warmer throughout most of the night and early morning.
