There it is... Re-curving Typhoon

Looking ahead I see ups & downs for the Ohio Valley/ Northeast. Unlike consistent summer pattern we been having I see us getting hot again but cooling down right after then getting hot again.

I mean it's only May after all, cant expect this Summer pattern to keep lasting 1-2 weeks at a time. Right?

So this re-curving typhoon will help push a NW flow into the Northeast in 10 days from now. Then there's another re-curving typhoon per models. for another cool shot at the end of the month.

In between we warm up.

So I see

Hot today/Tommorrow.
Seasonable Wed-Sat
Warm/Hot Sun-Wed
Seasonable Thurs-Sat
Warm/Hot Sun-Memorial Day

Normal is around 70. Yet the "warmups" are showing 80s here. Not liking this and how easy it's getting..

Long duration heat waves and triple digits coming (at least real feel) if this setup pattern continues.

GFS for Sunday max temps. It's only May for crying out loud

I see temps dropped about 20 degrees with the storms but not much cooler behind it so they should go back up.

======================

This is what the 2nd warmest first 11 days of May looks like in Hartford. Only 1 of 110yrs was warmer. Nuts.

Another upper 80s day today and a July morning. Month Avg departure should be above +10° now.

I wasn't screaming "GET THE PLANTS READY" at the end of April (earlier then normal) for nothing. But enough is enough now.

THANK GOODNESS THERE WAS RECORD SNOW TO TRACK...

High of 88 today, and 90 tomorrow. It hasn't felt this warm all year so far, and it was the first day where the heat in the shade wasn't just a mild annoyance, and the wind was too warm to offer any relief whatsoever. Also, the wasps are getting bad, and it appears any chances of major relief have fully died. The people with the snow at west are so lucky, I'm jealous

Current Temps:
