Was a mostly sunny start, after the warmest low of the year so far, then a thunderstorm clipped the southern part of Malta, giving heavy rain, strong winds & reports of waterspouts. Unfortunately here in the north of the Island we only had a few spots of rain, but several loud claps of thunder & flashes of lightning Even though we only got the very tail end it has really cleared the air, the temperature has dropped & I feel like I can breathe properly for the first time in weeks
