at 11:45 am here it is 7.7°C and sunny.
Looking at the map it looks like in the plains is a little colder, in Turin it is just 4.9°C (and, looking at the webcam, it seems a little foggy).
There are also stations with even lower temperatures (in particular in the plains between Turin and Cuneo, for example Pinerolo 2°C, Bra 1.9°C, 1.5°C in Alba).
4.7C and steady rain / very gloomy just before 1 pm.
It's meant to keep on raining for up to 36 hours now - I went on a long drive in the country this morning and there is a lot of standing water already, so not good news. There was patchy snow cover down to about 400 m as well though, but that's all going to melt when the milder air comes in.
