Non stop heavy rain most of the day. I imagine this is what winter is like in Seattle or Vancouver.
Currently 10c after a high of 14c.
Not the Seattle I remember. That was more like drizzle, then light rain, then calm but still cloudy, then light rain , then drizzle, then light rain ,then calm but cloudy.. etc.
Come to my climate if you want to see all day heavy rain in winter.

At 8.20 am, it's 5C and 94% RH,sunny and calm, going for a maximum of 21C.
