Wow. The entire eastern seaboard is in the red. Those above normal ocean temps near Bermuda are sure doing a good job at moderating.

Same here.

April slightly above average.

May is quite a bit above average, average high almost as warm as June.

September is off to a nice warm start, well above normal, but could easily reverse later this month,
we'll see

Just saw on the news that tomorrow potentially might be the hottest day of the year. Depending on cloud cover we may reach mid 90's. ORD hit 92F/33C and MDW hit 95F/35C in August. Sub par compare to normal, but that's been the story this summer.

On average, the summer’s hottest day in any given year peaks in the upper 90s: 98 degrees at Midway and 97 at O’Hare.

A thunderstorm brought 0.60 inches of rain here last night about 10 PM.

Also, the LSU football game in Baton Rouge was cancelled last night due to a long-lasting band of t'storms. Lightning first struck early in the 1st quarter.

I was expecting a return to the super below average garbage we endured earlier this year, I'm hoping this pattern remains stuck in place through the winter.
