A solid Cold Semi Arid climate with Continental influence (I know it is classified as Continental for Koppen but it has too few precipitations for me to be considered so). Nice for many tastes I think anyway.

D: 83% sunshine in July. But there are worse climates.
I'll give Barentsburg a solid B. For where it is, it has a pretty good climate. 33 rainy days between July and August is almost too much but it's ok. I'd prefer drier summers in such a cold place.
