Another D+, too much snow, cold summers, etc. About 100" of snow per year is a decent number. Those record highs are strangely consistent though.

B- winters could use more warmth here and there but otherwise a fine climate.

For all cold lovers out here. ~1900 hrs of sun annually.

A- or B+. It's a great climate (for me at least), but temperatures that cold could probably result in permafrost making it a challenge to build houses and other buildings.
