In your opinion which of these sports; Golf, American Football, Soccer (football), Baseball, Rugby, Lacrosse, Tennis or Cricket is most affected by extreme or windy weather conditions?
Football, definitely. This was a pretty unforgettable game. Pretty big snowstorm here in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area that day. We ended up with about a foot of snow in my area. Going into the game, only light snow was expected.
Cricket. As soon as it rains you can't even play the sport.
That sounds a lot like baseball in America.
I've never seen so many rain delays but it's a sport born on Summer. And I'm not afraid of admitting that it gets a lot of delays based on minor events. I guess Baseball is just used to good weather.
Football is played in late Summer/Fall/Winter. So it's impacted much more by weather.
I might be able to answer this if I watched/played sports.
So now we're counting golf as a sport?
