Back home and back to reality. Was a good little vacation, but it's good to be back. Did nothing but eat and drink a lot the last few days lol. Have to get back on track.
Water's high heat capacity allows moist air to affect other objects (your body) more effectively than dry air.
But still, "humid cold" means a high relative humidity, not absolute. Since cold air is drier, I can't see how it would make much of a difference, particularly at or below freezing.
