I assume those 2 are the exact same stations? Like we have 2 Hartford's. One is really Windsor Locks,CT but that's the Main site and called Hartford but there is still a Hartford station which can be different with their weather. I don't see a code letter for the station in the link and I need a translator for within the site.
Yes, it should be the same weather station.

They have a (partly) english version.

Weather. Data: Barcelona Aeropuerto - Resúmenes diarios anteriores - Table - Agencia Estatal de Meteorología - AEMET. Gobierno de España

Whatever model is showing cold is the one I put my money on right now. This crappy pattern for the east better end by july. June here will finish almost perfectly average but everywhere directly west and south of here will finish above. This is bs. Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Fayetteville, Wilmington, all should finish above average.

Don't count on it. Joe Bastardi has now flipped to where he is trying to wiggle out of his blown forecast. He is using analogs where June was cool, but then heat heat heat all the rest of the summer. He has also switched his focus away from the east coast to the midwest so he doesn't have to explain why we aren't getting all the heat he talked about. He never ever said anywhere that June would be cool, except for a brief few day cool day. He never mentioned a big cool down to end the month. Guy is such a charlatan.

Summer will be average.

That's not true of the Northeast.

Best June ever! Lunchtime dew points around 50! and temps in low 70s here. Cloudy but not a big bother in summer.

PARTIALLY HEAVEN!

This would make excellent May weather, not exactly what I want to see in June, but it's not bad so I can't really complain, especially not after the horrible first half of May.

Wow, much of the northeast has a temperature lower than our dewpoint at noon.

Currently up to 94 F as of 1 PM. Savannah is at 96 F. Clear as can be with a full sun and absolutely no clouds. Our first 100 F of 2016 is certainly possible by around 4 PM.
