The weather men on TV are no more right than the Political experts who said Donald Trump would not have a chance or that mortgage rates would go up or the bull market for stocks would continue into 2016. WRONG WRONG WRONG!
It's like asking a baseball player who hits .300 to apologize every time he makes an out. They are in the business of forecasting where a perfect score isn't possible.
At some point, personal responsibility comes into play. Stop blaming everyone else for you making plans around something NOBODY can predict. Look up, and if the sky is dark, it's likely going to rain.
No ofense to the O.P. but this an unnecessary question. It's basically IMPOSSIBLE for weather forcasters to know the the exact temperature a place will be on any given day. If a weather forcaster says they expect rain by 12:00 p.m. its an approximation or guess it doesn't mean it will fall exactly at that time, I thought you know its just a guess, lol.
If you were a forecaster in Ohio and PA, what would you forecast for Sunday night?? That's in 3.5 days from now.
Latest Euro model on left. GFS on right.
Euro shows a storm over Philly with snow in Western and Northern PA and northern Ohio.
GFS shows the storm over Virginia with no precip over PA and Ohio.
The economists said that the national GDP will grow with 0.7%, but it grew only by 0.2%. APOLOGISE, B**CHES! HEADS MUST FALL! I wish I got paid for being wrong, herp de derp.
I was going to sun-bathe today. They called for completely clear skies, but one thin, dick-shaped cloud blocked the sun from 2:05:31 PM until 2:05:33 PM. I took this as a sign from nature that the weatherman is trying to **** me. Why must you be wrong? Why is all my tax money going to this?
