I googled some information about the differences of sunshine between european countries, then found the map showing the sunshine hours in North America and Europe which was a thread here, way back in summer of 2014.

I was googling about the neverending Western Europe - Eastern Europe debate on a miserable cool July evening and one link led to another, and I found C-D. I started posting on the Europe and World forums in July 2012, but didn't become a regular on the weather forum before September. I didn't intend to stay for long, but here I am with almost 17k posts (more than on any other forum ever). For comparison I have like 20 posts on SSC and maybe 40 on a Finnish urban planning forum.
