I'll rate it a C. The nights are too warm, it's a tad gloomier than ideal, and I don't like the overly seasonal rainfall pattern.
But I maintain that THIS is the ideal climate for people.
That is pretty perfect to be honest for me, though I would like the cooler season maybe 5C cooler so around 21C/13C as I will appreciate warmth and sun more, also I like a med type precipitation pattern, unless summer rainfall is mainly thunderstorms and happens late evening, not during the day

I understand about the cooler season, and I could definitely live with that. Winters here average -4/-12 and it is disgusting!
And all rain, no matter the time of year, comes in thunderstorms that begin no earlier than 17:00.
If the people are primitive ones with no shelter and barely any clothing, the ideal climate would be 85/75 with sun during the day and rain at night. If they live in a developed society like now, I don't think there is such a thing as an ideal climate for people, because there are ways to deal with low or high temperatures and low or high rainfall.
Recently I made a fictional climate of modified version based on Honolulu.
-Record High/Low, Average High/Mean/Low 18°F(10°C) lower
-Precipitation increased Oct~Mar +50%, Apr~May/Jul~Sep +250%, Jun +450%
-Extra 2 days of rainy days every each month
-Sunshine hours decreased -30%

Now that's what I call a straight up F. It's never seen 90°F or even 80, so it's an automatic fail. The original Honolulu is way better, unlike this place, which is unpleasantly cool more than half the time and has no summer or warmth, even by my climate's standards.
