This is true. My visits there I've been amazed by the variety and quality of food, not surprising considering how multicultural it is there. Seems a lot of ignorant people are still blinded by silly old stereotypes.

If they do have Trini/Jamaican food it might be worth it. Or Malaysian. Altho I think for Malaysian food it would be better to go to actual Malaysia

I that because you view the culture as too similar to the US? The UK has some amazingly beautiful areas of countryside & many historical sites & buildings, even as a Brit I used to love visiting different areas of the country. Parts of London & places like Stratford-Upon-Avon are breathtaking. Not sure what you mean about the food, as it isn't just Fish & Chips & US chain burger restaurants. As for the weather, well you generally get comfortable temperatures year round & in summer you can get plenty of warm & sunny weather, it's pot luck what you will get, but visiting the SE during the summer months you will generally have decent weather...

I would like to see the gritty part of London actually maybe it's weird, but things like street art, back alleys, urban grit, it interests me a lot

The Californian one.

The trees look very similar, but some are a bit taller due to the warmer climate.
