Weight Training is a long arduous process. I have been training about 9 months and I have gradually built up my weights/muscles.

A certain type of body is suited to weight training.

Portugal with my family, two years ago, and Dublin last March with my friends. I'm planning on going with somewhere with my friends later this summer.
