Except Afghanistan, several nations in the Balkans, and Libya. NATO forces were also heavily involved in places such as Iraq, but not in a unified fashion.
Serbia in 1999 can be discussed, but Afghanistan was not a NATO operation. Countries outside NATO participated. In the 2011 Libya intervention such countries as Jordan and UAE were involved. In Iraq countries like Germany and France refused to participate.
Just because NATO-countries are involved, or NATO command structures are used, doesn't make them NATO operations, as in countries discussing at the HQ and agreeing who to invade next.
