UKIP would be larger under a proportional system, as would the Lib Dems. The two largest parties would be the main losers, mainly because turnout would be higher. In other words, similar to how the situation is in countries like the Netherlands, Denmark and Finland and likely soon Sweden.

The PVV have polled into the 30's in the Netherlands, they didn't maintain that into the election, but I do don't think UKIP have had anything like those numbers. And as I've said, UKIP are actually a more moderate party, contrary to what some people would have you believe.
