Bluff Knoll would be an incredibly s**t climate and there are no shortages of "Mount Maharry" analogues out there.

Who in the hell would want Albany at 1000m lmao

I'd also like more stations in the Amazon rainforest, one on the summit of Mont Blanc, and one on Bald Head Island (in SE NC).

Defintely bald head island!! It is probably milder than Southport NC which averages about 59 in January. It also contains the northernmost naturally growing Sabal Palmettos. Meaning it must be warmer than sorrounding areas. It might even have warmer lows than Hatteras which averages nearly 40 degree lows in winter.

Mt. Pulag. The highest point in Luzon island, Philippines and the most prone to cold temperatures in the country as a whole. I've heard anecdotes of temps plunging below freezing there a number of times but it would be nice if they can actually officially record it for a change.

It will probably have Perth summers and Alice Springs winters with no more than 400mm of annual rain, methinks. I don't know, but it will be a really brilliant climate.
