When Dallas & Houston get 100F heat... (climate, average, temp)

...When these Texan cities receive temps over 100F (37C) how high does their humidity get?

I hear San Antonio has low humidity when the temps are that high (say 15%-30%). What about Dallas, Austin & Houston?

From what I see at wunderground, Dallas gets around the mid 20s % when the temp is that high. Dew points in the mid 60s usually

What about New York and Chicago? What's the DP when the temps are around 30C?

both cities have an average high of 29ºC in July combined with a lot of humidity; in Chicago is almost 70% so it has to be quite high too (I don't know how to calculate it)

Afternoon humidity (when the daily max occurs) is about 54-55% in Chicago, nowhere near 70%.
