Murska Sobota for me. I would prefer a bit wetter winters though... Zabljak has great winters but summers are too cool.

Murska Sobota just edges out Bitola in my opinion. Zabljak looks like it would have nice skiing in the winter.

My ideal average temperature is 0/-3c in the coldest month, and 18-20c in the warmest month. I like that there are more than 700mm of precipitation on average. Murska Sobota is with 805mm of annual precipitation, among the driest places in Slovenia. City Celje in Slovenia also has good climate in my opinion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celje#Climate. Celje has little warmer winters than Murska Sobota, but it is a quite wetter on average.
