Winters are fairly mild, but too dark, cloudy, and wet. Summers are far too cool, those average highs are my average lows.

Also at a lower elevation, January is probably pretty close to 10C!

France has some Nice climates. You don't have much Toulouse by going there. But the climate of Brest really Angers me
