Look at the heavy snow icons too reporting from those stations (darker blue)

I see dryness South of NYC over the water now.
Buffalo and Niagara Falls have really overperformed so far. There is a pretty pronounced band of lake enhanced snow affecting the metro area.

Thanks. There's always winners and losers with EVERY storm.

Look how close the center of storm is to the coast. Just 50 miles East and there would not be any rain right now at the NJ, CT coast and Long Island.

What it feels like. Normal max temp is mid 40s for Mid March so it doesn't feel like Spring..

Feels like teens and low 20s out there. Some with rain falling too.

Easy to forget about the windchills when focused on the snow. Windchill here is 14 F/-10 C. Single digits in PA, NY, OH, and below zero in ON. Might be raining in coastal NJ and Long Island, but windchills are in the 20s...nasty!

wind picked up 10 minutes ago. Snow might be a little lighter, maybe not hard to judge with blowing snow. Highway in Concord, MA has only a small spot to drive on:

Yup, can't win em all haha. I definitely lost this one, whereas last week's storm we got a bunch, and kept it.

Oh well, the backside lake effects hitting me now, hoping for a fresh inch or two now since I missed the majority of the storm.
