I honestly don't find it that hard to convert. Just use 0 C (32 F) as a base and go off of that. Each degree C is 1.8 F. So in simple terms, 10 C is 18 F so 10 C = 50 F (32+18), 20 C = 68 F (32+36), 30 C = 86 F (32+54) so on and so forth, and just do the opposite for -10 C, -20 C, -30 C, etc.
Shows the beauty of having variability in summer. You were having 60 F lows not long ago and now you're more humid than us.
You won't be seeing 80 F lows in October though.
