Sure, but as a "sun lover" who finds 20% sunshine during summer, delightful, you would understand that some "cloud lovers" would find 80% sun during summer. delightful
20% sun is not enough for me. Minimum for delightful is 21% sun with 5 hours of sun over a 24 hour day
And with strong sunshine to cancel out the wind, making it delightful and shorts and t-shirt weather
Well some people like yourself who are very cold tolerant would be fine I am sure with t-shirt and shorts but I definitely needed a jacket there in summer. I prefer tropical climates myself

I hate tropical climates, especially Malabo and Tchibanga
Do you not consider San Francisco as having a Mediterranean climate? It does not reach 20C average in its warmest month.
"This area is considered to have a Mediterranean climate: hot, dry summers and cool, rainy winters. And that is generally true. But San Francisco got left out of the hot, dry part, due to its position on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by very cold water.
San Francisco also benefits from the contrast between the cold ocean current and the extreme heat of California's Central Valley. The result is a pretty steady onshore flow of cool air, pulled in by the stifling hot air inland which rises. This also pulls the famous fog inland onto the city."
