I voted 20.6°C to 21.7°C (69-71), granted that never happens in our hottest months

66-68. I've been in places where the low was 70+ and humid, which was a total nightmare. On the other hand, below 60 feels slightly chilly as a low, especially if the highs are 90+ or even triple digits with the huge cooling down.

About 70 does me just fine but really anything between 65 and 75. Humidity doesn't matter too much with this. Above 75 and you're starting the day already warm. I've experienced plenty of mornings with lows in the upper 70s and I'm already sweating just walking to an 8 am class. Below 65 starts to get a little chilly (for summer). I like never needing a jacket in the warmest part of the year.
Also this is with A/C. Without, below 65.

54-56, warm enough for the tomatoes and cucumbers, but cool enough for a morning walk without sweating.

66-68F. Means that it's above 70F until about 2AM and after 7AM aka comfortable in be out and about in shorts and a tee shirt but enough of a cool down that you don't have the have the AC blasting all night.
