Wisconsin. I'm moving about 30 minutes from the Wisconsin border and weather is a big plus so this is an easy one for me.
I been to New Orleans in July. It was fun walking around the French Quarter but good GOD that heat and humidity! Also, Louisiana stinks! Everywhere! There's a swampy smell throughout the state.
Wisconsin has a dream climate compared to Louisiana.
