If it's like last winter, then Vancouver. But on average Stockholm wins this one. Interestingly, Vancouver was quite a bit snowier than Stockholm last winter...at least when I checked.

Even much closer....Mount Seymour, Cypress Mountain, and Grouse Mountain,
all just a few mintues from the city.

Last winter was an anomaly here and should not be used as a basis for comparison just as much as a milder than average winter should not be used in Stockholm's case.

We average a little over 8 snow days every winter at the airport but it doesn't always stick.
