Hope we follow the 1971 route. 80.2cm fell on Vancouver in December of that year, including a massive 28.4cm snowfall on the 8th and a "perfect Christmas" with 17.5cm falling on the 25th. Snow was on the ground almost continuously from 8 Dec until 19 Jan. Burnaby, which borders Vancouver to the east, recorded 131.9cm that December.
I think I'll go on a killing spree if this winter ends up being as warm as it if forecast to be.
