Currently 2.9°C and Mostly cloudy here, recently there was snow. If it's cold enough for snow it's cold.

It's interesting because in calm conditions under sunny skies snow will melt at air temperatures well under 0°C. So obviously according to the laws of physics the temperature as measured in a Stevenson screen is not the only determinant of how warm the snow feels. I wonder if similar principles apply to people?

Why do you yourself decide what is cold for me? Wind affects how I feel. I can feel warmer when it snows than when it rains. Lower temperature does not mean it feels colder. If there is no wind, the temperature must be pretty low for me to call it cold.

In sea side places, I feel temps colder than it is because of wind.
