In sea side places, I feel temps colder than it is because of wind.
Well it depends, as coastal locations are usually warmer in winter and cooler in summer than inland.

So what? Sea side places are windy in winter and humid in summer. 0*C feels colder in winter and 30*C feels hotter in summer. Temperatures do not feel same everywhere.

Are you telling me dewpoint is higher in winter? When the temp is low, considering dewpoint cannot be higher than air temperature, it can't be humid. There is no such thing as humid 0*C for instance.

My point was that temperatures dont feel same everywhere. Wind affects feeling temp in winter and humidity affects feeling temp in summer.

How often did you experience a 0*C weather with no wind at all? Wind is what makes weather feel colder, even a slight wind. Even -8*C or -9*C feels pretty comfortable to me in perfectly windless weather let alone 0*C.

Yes there is such a thing as a humid 0°C, in fact the humidity is very often high at these temperatures.

0°C with no wind is fairly common on winter nights where I live, tonight is a rare night for spring with a 0°C low (below average) and a moderate breeze making it feel like -6°C. -8 or -9°C with no wind is even colder than this, and is freezing, uncomfortable weather.

I just went out with a jacket and the feels like temp is -3°C. It feels so, so cold.

There is no such thing as humid 0*C because dewpoint cannot be any higher than 0*C in that weather . The colder the weather is, the less humid it can carry. A dewpoint of 0*C is already a low humidity.
