Forecast high only in the 1C to 2C range...
normals for today would closer to high 10C ...low 1C
Winter is definitely hanging on this year ...we can still get cold days in early april
but this year there is not much “ups and downs” we normally get here...
one day 17C ...two days later struggling to reach 3C....no highs in the teens yet.
-14C this morning in Saskatoon with a forecast high of -6C. Average high/low for today is 8C and -4C. So well below average, just like everyday of the past two weeks.
Currently about 48F/9C and since I am very close to Houston, Texas, I am enjoying probably the last coolish day of the year until sometime after the summer. Because once May arrives it usually stays warm even in the morning.
