Gurnang State Forest (Black Springs' official BOM station; 1,148 m AMSL) would likely straddle ~2,400 hrs of sunshine annually; ~290 hrs Midsummer, ~110 hrs Midwinter. Similar to Kiandra.
Oftentimes, the Black Springs and Shooters Hill region (likewise Anglers) seem cloudy or fogged over >65% of the time, so it is quite cloudy in Winter. Quite the opposite in Summer, however.
