There have been a few climate battles similar to this one as of recent. So let's continue the trend, and go a little colder. So let's rate!

Minneapolis is a D+, Winnipeg is an F, and Minipeg is a D-. Average winter lows go beyond anything I remember experiencing. April and October would be nice for midwinter (although the records aren't), but certainly not for spring/fall.

Not that Seattle does much better in spring/fall.

B+; epic summer instability and thunderstorm activity, but winters are too cold and dry.

D

Liveable and with epic summers, but winters are rather unpleasant.

82% / B-. A little chilly year round, but liveable.

Add 10 F / 5.6 C year round and double the precipitation, and you have my dream climate.

B. What I love about about Minneapolis is our seasons seem to be just about right. What knocks this one down is the shoulder seasons are colder than I'd like. Summer could be warmer and winter warmer too, by a bit. Otherwise, I like it.

Another re-rating using my new grading system. Seems about right for these climates.

Minipeg: 74.0% / C

Minneapolis: 80.6% / B-
Winnipeg: 61.9% / D-
