Is Wellington pretty safe ? What are some areas to check out and what might be any areas to avoid ?

I can't think of anything negative about Wellington. Everything looks
so new when I drive through there. I don't know of any 'bad' areas.

Great Mall and great City recreation facilities.

The area around Wellington Trace and Forest Hill Blvd (The 12th Fairway) is the area to avoid, as well as some parts of Sugar Pond Manor. The rest is good.

Lots of cops in Wellington. You shouldn't have a problem. Gotta keep the rich folks safe.

I live in Wellington. It is a wonderful family oriented city with great ammenities for every member of the family. It is safe, clean community, with easy access to highways. You and your family will enjoy living in Wellington.

There's a serious gang problem in Wellington.

The worst are "The Equi Boys". Their colors are pink polo shirts with popped collars and they ride around on their tricked out ponies and cause havoc by leaving deep divots wherever they roll. They mainly deal in hay and horseshoe nails.

I mean.... these are some bad dudes.
