Can anyone recommend a nice townhouse complex that is fairly modern and hopefully in a safe area that is located near PBG Medical Center?

Back in the 80's I lived in a Burg&Divosta built townhome in the West Palm Beach area that I enjoyed very much...

Now that I am getting closer to retirement age I am considering relocating back to Palm Beach County area but instead of WPB would like to find a nice townhome in PB Gardens area....near the hospital would be great as I will be needing open heart surgery in the not to distant future so I was told PBG Medical center is a good place to have it done...

I would look to rent a townhome first and then buy down the road.

I prefer townhomes design ( quad ) due to the patio area over condo or single family home.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations for townhome complexes in Palm Beach Gardens or even Jupiter area.

There's those same Divosta quads right behind the medical center actually.
There's also Oaks East which are mid 90's 1 story 2/2 quads with a large patio and Catalina Lakes which are early 2000's 2 story duplex style townhomes with a garage and a decent size patio.
All are within a couple blocks of the medical center.

Would you know the name of the Divosta complex? Or is it one of those you mentioned in your reply?

Which townhome complex is the nicest with the most financially secure HOA would you say?

Thanks.

I'm actually looking to move to PBG soon.
Is the area around the medical center safe?
Is everything east of 95 near Northlake bad, right or?

Hi Mr. G, I have a 3 bed townhouse within PGA National that I do rent out. It will be occupied from December 2012 thru March 2013. Will you be able to handle stairs with your heart surgery? Fully furnished, large back porch, golf course view, community pool. Let me know if interested. Thanks.
