Are there any 3 bedroom homes with atleast an acre lot up or down the coast of florida around WPB under 200K? The reason this is such a broad question is because I dont know which city that has this kind of property. Im from the suburbs of Atlanta and i like my privacy , or is this asking too much? seems like there isint any near the Florida coasts. Not moving any time soon, but just curious...

I would look into property in the following areas:

Jupiter Farms
Palm Beach Country Estates
Loxahatchee
The Acreage
Western St. Lucie County/Martin County

Loxahatchee has some Craigslist listings right now for under 200k:

Not a foreclosure, not a short sale...this is the deal for you! (http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/reb/1018867501.html - broken link)

DRASITICALLY REDUCED 1.14 ACRE HOME, PRIVATE GATED ENTRY (http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/reb/1018865665.html - broken link)

Jupiter Farms and Palm Beach Country Estates is considered a bit more upscale, but you can find listings there for aroun 220k: ► Jupiter Farms -3 Bedroom /2 bath single family home on 1.4 acres (http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/reb/1004920960.html - broken link)

You may be able to find some short sales or foreclosures...

Check out www.palmbeach.expertrealty.com they have listings by neighborhood and zipcode. 33412 is a good zipcode to look in. Going to look at 3/2/2 on an acre it's been reduced to $159k. Jupiter Farms and the above named areas are all great as well.
