I have narrowed my search to 2 different condo's. Both Lofts are really nice and similar in price. So I just need to choose and would like any pros and cons of the Villa Lofts on Flagler and 101 Clematis Lofts?

101 Clematis is a much better location. You can walk to shopping, dining and entertainment.

You touched on my concerns with both places...noise vs living on the edge of a not so nice area although I think I would feel safe at Villa Lofts but when I walk the dog at night is my concern.
