Any Ron Paul supporters in the eastern panhandle area? If so would anyone want to get together on the 19th for the "black this out"?

There definitely are. I don't know anything about them or how to get in touch with them, but I saw a bunch of people with Ron Paul signs at the intersection of Route 11 and Edwin Miller Blvd on Friday afternoon.

I'm in Martinsburg and would LOVE to try to get something together and show our support but I have no idea how to reach any fellow supporters either!

search if there is a meetup organized for a town near you
Ron Paul Campaigns Meetup Groups - Ron Paul Campaigns Meetups

also look up your state page on facebook ie "West Virginia for Ron Paul" and see if anyone is organizing anything there.

Or look into other Ron Paul social media sites
ronpaulforums.com
dailypaul.com
and see if anyone from your area is planning anything on those sites!

if all else fails, organize something yourself! Its the individual activists who will win this election !
